My name is Vali Zairov.
I am an experienced web developer for, let me think, 12 years now
Detailed set of my skills and my portfolio include various projects of different scale.
Around five years ago, in Moscow, I was a lead developer in projects such as:
- www.azbuka.ru (russian analogy of www.realtor.com)
- www.rosno.ru (russian analogy of www.geico.com)
- www.komandirovka.ru (russian analogy of www.priceline.com)
For the last couple years I was developing small websites based on WordPress and two big ones – 40 Days of Water and Baltimore ServeFest. (Links are coming soon).
Currently I am looking for new opportunities and open for any suggestions.
My own recent projects involve:
- www.100dollarblog.com – freelance project for Baltimore small business owners
- www.vpromoter.com – My SEO based website and blog.
- www.catchy-cards.com – My idea of all students in the world having their own personalized, business like, catchy cards.
Other things that you might find interesting about me are:
- I know 5 languages - 4 of which are fluent.
- I’m a quick learner – it took me 2 days to create iPhone version of our website.
- I have lived in Europe, Asia and United States. I like to travel a lot and socialize with people from all around the world. And a lot of people find me sociable and funny.
- I had been table tennis champion and chess champion in previous colleges.
- I’m from small country in Central Asia – Kyrgyzstan, that was a part of USSR before 1991.
