Where are you from Vali?

I have been asked this question too many times, so this post will give you more details where I’m from.

I’m from Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, the small country in Asia with population of 5 million people, 2 miles above sea level surrounded by mountains, just between Kazakhstan, China and Uzbekistan. One of those “STAN” countries that used to be USSR.

If you could find one man who would oppose just an idea of having Mac instead of PC that would be me.

Pros like no viruses, great design and usability would not win the simple fact that Apple products were simply overpriced. That was a year ago.

Well, everything changes, we change, our views change. I finally got myself MacBook Pro 15″. I bought it to start developing iPhone and iPad applications.

I’m really glad I have it now. Merry Christmas!
